About Silence
Silence is a series of morning concerts. Every first Friday of the month, as the city awakens, musicians explore the centuries-old acoustics of the Oude Kerk. Central to the Silence series is new music that blends acoustic, digital, and electronic sounds. Following in the footsteps of Sweelinck's promenade concerts centuries ago, the audience can engage with the sound while moving through the space.
