During Amsterdam Art Week, a panel discussion will take place on Sunday 2nd June at the Oude Kerk. Director Mariette Dölle will engage in conversation with Ana Navas and curator Marianna van der Zwaag about the dialogue between historical heritage and contemporary art.
A Veil as a Glaze
From 25th May to 25th August, the presentation A Veil as a Glaze by Ana Navas will be on display at the Oude Kerk. Navas presents a series of glass works that are technically technically akin to glass painting, as also applied in the Oude Kerk. Navas' glass collages create new connections between images, experiences, ideas, times, and places, integrating into the interior of the Oude Kerk where processes of change are visible and timeless.
