walks & talks – last weekend: path

17 September - 18 September 2022 | 3 pm - 4 pm

During the last weekend of art installation Path, there is a special programme with in-depth Walks & Talks, provided by our director and curator. Brazilian artist Antonio Obá was commissioned by the Oude Kerk to create a series of new works that touch on the history of Dutch-Brazil and themes such as colonialism, black identity and the fusion of religions and cultures. Learn more about the dialogue between Obá’s work and the history of the building, the collaboration with the artist and background information on the creation of the work during one of the Walks & Talks.
